Student Financial Responsibility Agreement


Upon enrollment, all students are bound by the Luzerne County Community College Student Financial Responsibility Agreement. Effective July 1, 2025, all students must electronically sign this agreement via their Self-Service account before registering for new classes. Continuing students will be required to sign a new agreement at least once per year, and completing this agreement is also required as part of the initial College application process.
