Is Distance Education Right for You?

Not everyone should take a credit-bearing course through distance education. Online learners must have excellent time management skills, be very self-motivated, and possess good study skills. Although distance education courses are often more convenient and easier to fit into your schedule than a classroom course, students often find they spend more time doing work for an online course than they do for a classroom course.
