Position Title: FT Application Software Developer Position Classification: Full-Time Twelve (12) Month Faculty Minimum Position Qualifications: Academic Rank: Instructor
Assist with analyzing, designing, creating, testing, documenting, supporting, and maintaining new and existing internal and external websites and software applications, databases, Business Intelligence reporting systems, and integrations with cloud-based services and within the College's various other systems including but not limited to ERP, SIS, CRM, and LMS systems, along with Active Directory and M365 APls; collaborate with internal teams to assist with software design and architecture, monitor website traffic and collaborating with staff on web content and graphics; writing code to automate server tasks; stay up-to date on technology; train and assist staff in the use of systems and data management; participate in research, reporting, analysis, proposals, and implementations of solutions to improve business processes and functions; work with the College's Infrastructure/Network Operations team in troubleshooting of issues; provide back-up support for Application Development team; perform other related duties as assigned. Work schedule: Typically, 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm. Night/weekend work will be required during critical periods such as system upgrades and application outage resolution.
