Upcoming PA Vehicle Emissions Testing for Licensed Mechanics Courses
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has developed a web-based training program for technicians to become certified in Pennsylvania Vehicle Emissions. Students should download and study the Emissions training materials from the PA Training Portal website and call 570.740.0480 for a testing appointment. The test proctoring fee is $25.00, payable at the time of the exam by MC, Visa, or Discover, check, or money order. Applicants are required to show a valid Pennsylvania driver's license prior to taking the test.
