Once a letter grade has been issued, this Spring 2021 semester enrolled students will have the option of a Pass Grade or Withdrawal option. You will have the option to change your final grade in all your courses to a Pass Grade, except of major courses in the health sciences programs. At the end of the semester, you will receive a final letter grade for each course completed during the Spring 2021 semester. You will until June 2, 2021, at noon to decide if you want the option of replacing that letter grade with one of the following grade options:
- PS: This grade is a passing grade equal to a C or better (for courses in which you earned a final grade of C or better)
- PD: This is a passing grade equal to a D or D+ (for courses in which you earned a D+ or D)
- W: The W is not a passing grade and it signifies that you withdrew from the course and will need to retake the course in order to complete it. A W grade is not included in your GPA calculation.
The PS and PD Grade option will not be included in your GPA calculation, but will signify you passed the course. Please know that the PD grade will not transfer as an individual course and in certain cases, will not meet pre-requisite requirements for courses where you must earn a C or better.
