If we cannot resolve a problem quickly over the telephone, in person, or via email, we will assign it to the appropriate Information Technology technician or team.|
LCCC Student Email: Each student creates their own e-mail account. It is an excellent resource for students to communicate with faculty and other students, and to receive announcements of college events and activities. http://student.luzerne.edu
Student Computer Study Labs: Visit LCCC’s quiet and comfortable computer study labs. Simply walk in and log on to a computer using your LCCC e-mail username and password. Check your email, participate in your online class, do your Internet research and print and assemble your assignments. Lab and Help Desk staff is onsite if you have questions or problems.
Wireless Internet Access: Students can access the Internet with their personal wireless devices from many locations on campus. To connect to the wireless network, simply boot up your wireless device, see the LCCC Wireless network.

Blackboard Learn: Online materials for some courses will be available through Learn. Here instructors can post announcements, assignments, and test and quizzes for students.
